Most of our employees and Sub-Contractors have worked for us for many years giving us a very stable, widely skilled and reliable workforce. Every member of our team shares the same passion for achievement and we can offer anything from maintenance works to complete specialist refurbishments and builds.

We have a large Workshop and Joinery Shop producing bespoke items.

All Operatives have undergone full Security Clearance checks such as: DBS; Essex Police Vetting; Government retained high security company clearance. Health and safety is paramount to JWS and we have an exemplary safety record.
